Standard cancellation conditions for short stays
apply to all reservations of 27 consecutive nights or less.
- To receive a full refund, travelers must cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival.
- If a traveler cancels between 7 and 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, you will receive a payout equal to 50% of all nights booked.
- Travelers can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
